Sai Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with over 13 years of experience across Impact Investing, private equity, and cross-border M&A advisory. His career reflects a deep commitment to leveraging     capital for meaningful social change while driving strong business outcomes.

At Yunus Social Business, Sai spearheads the end-to-end investment lifecycle, backing early and growth-stage social enterprises that create measurable impact. Beyond capital deployment, he partners closely with portfolio companies to scale their operations, strengthen business models, and raise follow-on funding, playing a pivotal role in shaping high-   impact ventures.

Previously, at o3 Capital, Sai led over 15 successful mid- and small-cap M&A and private equity transactions, with a focus on technology deals across India and the U.S. His experience spans both buy-side and sell-side mandates, offering a comprehensive perspective on transaction strategy, valuation, and execution. He began his career with a stint in business consulting at KPMG India, giving him early exposure to strategic problem-solving across industries.

In addition to his investment work, Sai contributes to academia as a Visiting Faculty at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, teaching Finance and related topics, and mentoring the next generation of socially conscious business leaders.
